On the 1st of January 2021 I made a cash deposit into my cheque account which funds was transferred into my closed credit card,please assit me I have logged a query on the 6th of January 2021 the bank told me that the query was resolved but nothing has been deposited back into my cheque account, I don't understand why my closed credit that I had many years ago,which has been paid off would be linked to my new cheque account,ibhave given the credit card division 7 days to solve this query and nothing and been solved yet,I'm not happy with the service and need my reversal to be done today!
