Why is it so difficult for FNB Debt Review department to finalise my last account which is still outstanding according to FNB? I started asking questions beginning of July 2020, no feedback, but eventually was told by Debt Rescue that there is an amount outstanding of R405. Debt Rescue asked why is there still an amount, because i actually paid over more and my last payments was end April 2020, than the balance that was given by FNB. Emails sent the whole time, FNB either had to look for the statements or was not responding to my emails. Today, after a lot of fights and calls, it showed that on 25 August, the proof of payment was sent through to FNB, but until now, not updated on their system as i received an email stating that the amount is still outstanding. So when when proof of payment was sent 25 Aug 2020 by Debt Rescue, why was this not updated on the FNB Debt Review system? it is almost a month now. My paid up letter could have been sent already and the clearance process started already. I am really not happy with the service from FNB Debt Review department.
