I have complained before about the support of FNB Merchant Services. I had a complained that not all my card payments were paid over. They have rep**** by sending me a spreadsheet saying that all the monies were paid over. But if the money was paid over why didn't I show any amounts over. That is what they don't see nor understand. I have supp**** them with all the copies of my card slips as well as a detailed reconciliation sheet of all the transactions. Still no joy. So where is my money??????......
