FNB ******
I have been attempting to get answers from FNB and been told since last week my case is still being investigated ***. Then this morning after having to phone the ***** line again after having phoned at 7 (RF***) and been told a manager will call me - back, at 10:51 the agent informs me that I was "emailed" the outcome on the 20th, and surprise no emails in my inbox or spam, and that the outcome is that FNB won't refund even though their system got hacked and ***** transactions went off my account. Ref RB***. THIS IS THE WORST BANK WITH NO ETHICS WHATSOEVER and quite happy to lie! My advise is to cancel with them and find another bank
