FNB

This is my second review for FNB and I'm really shocked on how they handle their "Priority cases". I've been struggling for more than two months to get them to approve the life policy of my fiance and to get the final proceed for our home loan. On 26/01/2022, I wrote my first review and I immediately received feedback where I was promised that the issue is resolved and was asked to please remove the post. It's almost two weeks later and the problem is still not resolved. I can't believe that they make **** promises that it is fixed, when it actually is not! It is really bad. I think its time to cancel my FNB bond and switch to another bank that will help me as a potential customer!
