FNB

I just received a call from FNB legal loans saying I failed to make payment told the consultant my instalment was paid already and it updated on my banking profile,now they can only see one payment I made two on different dates, my issue if it shows paid and updated on my side why is it not showing on updated on the departments side?I hope and pray this doesn't mean FNB IS going mark me default for this month because of a error not on my side.hope this won't bring down my credit rating, I am a bit upset about this
