I had a credit card with them and I paid it off but now they wont remove it from my credit score, its been 4 months now and I have been calling FNB but they keep tossing me around saying it will clear automatically but still nothing is happening and this is affecting my name negatively as I have a paid up letter with me

I was called but my issue is not resolved as on the Bureau still remains the same, I cant wait for another 21 days for it to be fixed as I waited 4 months for this to automatically removed but FNB never removed it so can they kindly assist as the problem was from their side, I did my part and paid off their credit.
