14 Sept 2020, 12:21Hi I didn’t get any help from FNB the lady Nelisa said she will checkIng for record 19 May 2020 and I forwarded nelisa an email that I sent on the 19 May after fnb call. As are saying Il owning COVID-19 R 15000
They said they will send record to fnb near that monthclair it second week now no record.
The call I got it guy how begging me not cancel my funeral plan, it Covid 19 that have issues not them as FNB ,
No one is answering me that R 16000 that I have to pay ,
