fnb

good day , i'm writing this mail because i feel fnb is taking us for fools, i always app**** for temporary loan with them and it would allow me and i would pay it on time ...recently when i apply for it , its not available and i'm in serious need of finance....i then tried to apply for a personal loan but still i cannot get it but it gave me options and that i qualified for 2000...my question is what is wrong with their system and why do they like disappointing us whereas they promised that they will be there for us when we need help...and i have never missed on a payment....i need answers ..im a very disappointed and need someone to explain to me why this is happening
