The amount of R13 100.00 was received into his account number 627********798 on 2018/05/12. The matter was reported to FNB on the basis that the.. account received the proceeds of alleged *****. The reason for this is that I was an Absa account holder as nick was pushing me to make his Furniture I asked Paul Kelly ID *** if I could use his account as then the deposit would show immediately and I could start manufacturing his furniture.

He paid in the amount of R13100 into Paul Kelly’s, account and I could start manufacture his furniture, but as we know on FNB’s app you can verify who you are paying So Nick saw it did not go into Rothmans, Account so he stopped it by saying it was *****. Paul Kelly contacted the bank to find out and they told him it was *****. He has mailed through so many affidavits to FNB to clear his account it has been 4 years since the account was blocked. In the mean, time I have liquidated my business as covid destroyed me.

He had so much faith in FNB he opened another account so his Salary can be paid into it. It has been 4 Years and he has contacted FNB to pay the amount back to Nick. If you would be so kind to give him back his funds in his account so Paul Kelly can use his other account which was frozen as well. There were a lot of Bank Charges going off which he is not responsible for, so please do the right thing and pay back Nick.
