Can someone at fnb help me??? Like I need urgent assistance. I have been trying for months to get things resolved.

The last person said everything is sorted out! I have made payment arrangements and have stuck to them. You can't say we can do a payment arrangement then negatively affect my credit profile. This is not on! I have asked numerous times for someone to call me. I think it's time I take this to the ombudsman, I'll tell them how ********* fnb is and how they just don't care about customers. Don't deceive people! Think it's time this bank get shut down. What they are doing is pure ********. Can someone that actually knows their job at fnb contact me!!!
