FNB 55 day interest free credit card

This review is with regards to Premier banking.

I have always been banking with FNB. Recently upgraded to their "Premier Banking" option which boasts a 55 day interest free credit card.

Needless to say I spent freely on this, as being an ebucks contender requires 100% spend on this. So I used it very generously.

On the first of this month I noticed a huge interest charge on this credit account as it was not settled. Needless to say I had the money in my debit & it was just a matter of transferring.

The app is basically useless as I am supposed to have access to a private banker 24/7 but since their messages don't appear on the secure chat, to what use is this? I have reported this problem to them to no avail & it continues to persist for weeks now.

I have also tried calling but agents can't hear you & don't even bother calling back, just drop the call.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service from FNB. I am also permanently disabled so I cannot make my way to a branch to report or query this pathetic service.

Definitely looking at other banking options!
