FNB

So I closed my FNB account and credit Card in Jan 2021.

Fast forward to April 2023, all of a sudden FNB loaded my Credit Card on Experian as still active, and fully utilised - this is affecting my credit score - as it shows I am way over on credit card debt.

I have been trying for 2 months to get this sorted from FNB - I went into the Branch. I spoke to Credit Card Department asking for my settlement letters - so I can file this with Experian.

I am still waiting for all this - just to be ignored by the FNB call Centre.

I don't know what to do - as I need this letter to dispute this with Credit Bureau
