FNB - 5 MONTH AND STILL CANT RESOLVE A ***** CASE

My last review on Hello Peter was on 2 Nov 2023 about a ***** case I have with FNB and how long it is taking them to sort out. Every department cant seem to find a resolution to my case. After my last review here, FNB contacted me immediately stating they investigating my matter. Till now they have only gave me update of the little info of what I got from them and I advised them and they said they escalating my issue. Its been 9 days now and not a word from them. Almost 5 months later and this case still isn't sorted. Absolutely disappointing...FNB Bank I will never recommend as I would want anyone else going through what I am dealing with now. None of FNB employees are capable of sorting my issue but yet FNB charges me account fees still and interest on the *****ulent transactions. If i could rate with below zero stars i would have.
