FNB ****

Hi. So I cancelled my credit card and cheque with FNB in November 2023 and received reference numbers as proof of termination. Since March this year I have been receiving emails from FNB regarding an outstanding balance on my credit card of R 942. When I call the bank they seem to find my account or know what I am talking about. They did inform me that accounts cannot be closed with outstanding balances.

It is laughable that a bank as large as FNB have no principles whatsoever. The letter that was sent to me was not even dated correctly not signed and the English sounded like it was written by a left handed 2 year old.

Shame on you FNB.
