I went to Zenwatch mall to open an account last year and i did everything..now this year January my acc was close bare in my its An NPO acc..since Jan asking them to reopen the acc and calling them every day and wasting my airtime..they document the we sign and send them back,they said we didn't receive them.Donation that we get from people are stopped because of FNB ..am really upset of the service we got from them.we can't just cancelle the account coz many places they using this account. The call centre for FNB their service is very poor.
