FNB

FNB has been terrible. I request a loan, the loan is granted, but for some reason funds are not made accessible. Brought this to FNB, countless time through the secure chat, futile cycle. Then after a month im told i have arrears on the loan i took, this is a **** as i did not access the funds. Having been with FNB for more than 25 years, very aggrieved and dissapointed. Complained about this, and they reduced the arrears by approx 20%. Why must i pay arrears if i did not access the funds. Ombuds must step in here. I just saw an article on news24, FNB is the most complained bank in SA. Its time to shop around, very disappointed with FNB.
