The first thing I will do when I can go to a bank and it’s safe...I will CLOSE my account with FNB!! Had my account for several and several years with you and I’m done!!! No response ever since I submitted and app**** for the “****” assistance you are feeding your clients via the App to assist YOUR clients with this struggle that we all need to deal with!!! And FNB is missing in action??? Your strife is HOW CAN WE HELP YOU?! Yes you most def helped us...to provide less for our children and family to provide to them... I am done with FNB!!!!!you have taken more from me (banking fees etc) and when assistance is required....nothing.... what I really want to say to FNB I can’t post here.... #****bank
