I am very grateful for the service received from FNB this week. I had a long standing unresolved issue that was resolved. I dealt with Lungi Ndaba, the Branch Manager for FNB 4 Merchant Place. Lungi was excellent in her communication with me and following up to resolve the issue. Thank you Lungi!
