FNB 3rd party insurance claim

They're 3rd party insurance claim service is very poor you send them everything they needed still they make you wait months without any feedback or outcome you call FNB still they can't help you with anything am very unhappy with this insurance company I even don't want to hear anything about them am fine with fnb don't want anything to do with it thanks for the experience the accident happened on the 20th of March still waiting for them with no outcome
