Some people have their way of making others feel better about themselves. I was having a meh 😏 day today when I visited FNB in Bela-Bela to open an account. I was assisted by Paballo Kgolane who was so kind to me, that she even made me feel better and forgot that I was having a not so good day. I've always observed her from a distance whenever I was in the branch. She is always friendly and today I am so glad that she had to rub her friendliness towards me. Such a nice professional person. Thank you Paballo. Keep it up
