FNB

I'm very ****ed off with this bank. They put too much effort in their branding than they do on their actually clients. They damn useless when it comes to resolving issues, not sure if the incompetence of the employees ot the bank itself. I have a business account with them, they blocked my business account because they suspected *****. No sms or email was sent to me alerting me on this, only when I reached out but even then they were of no help & they still had the audacity to tell me they were waiting for me to reach out, on top of that I kept on being transferred from department to departments that couldn't even help with my case. Please don't bother with this bank, I wrote this with anger. My money is blocked & my employees haven't yet been paid it's the 1 of February 2023, 12pm & no one has yet helped me from FNB.
