I am fed up with this bank. As I have an easy account and a savings account.

I transferred money into my savings account and when I am trying to access my money they say my account is temporarily on hold by African bank and I must call African bank. A while ago my ID was ****** from my bag with My other belongs. I am a victim of identity *****. African bank says they can't lift this a my talk to my bank fnb. Fnb please give me my money
