FNB 3D Secure not working when traveling abroad

I have been trying for days to complete a credit card payment while traveling overseas on our business account. The 3D Secure OTP SMS is not delivered while I am receiving all other SMSs from FNB. I have called the call centre several times and to no avail.Call Centre staff are under trained and cant get the issue resolved. The only lady said she will call me back after logging the issue with their IT but this also did not happen.

Poor service.
