FNB

Today at 13H05, purchased at Engen garage Midrand N1 using my bank card . At 13H55 while I was driving from Pretoria to Joburg, I received a notification on my phone that says I've made a transaction to cars bookings for R3124.43 , using my card surprisingly my card was with me . Immediately I called the bank all they told they can't trace the money it's any American purchase online, am not in America and Also I want to know who authorised the payment with an OTP , normal FNB will send OTP to approve the transaction. They're tell me I must wait 7 to 14 days to do an investigation mean we are not safe with our money with FNB, I've been banking with them for the past 9years am using private debit card, the private banker allocated to me forever unavailable. FNB I need my money back. All you guys did was to give me an FNB case number. Poor service how can someone authorise a payment without giving me notification.
