FNB 32day withdrawal cancelled funds goes missing without a trace

I had submitted a request to withdraw funds from my 32day notice account and was to be honoured on 13/02/25. On 01/22/25 I cancelled the withdrawal and received sms confirmation from the bank: "FNB:-) Instruction to withdraw from your acc has been deleted on a/c..945832 to a/c..621156 R 20000.00.22Jan 06:48." However, the funds were not transferred back to the 32day notice account, not even the following day I contacted the bank through Secure Chat and queried the matter. and this is what Stefan had to say: "I do see the R20 000 you are referring to. I have escalated this to the investment desk to advise accordingly. Once I get feedback, I will email you..." Further to this he said: "We experienced a delay in the processing of virtual card transactions between 25 Dec 2024 to 30 Dec 2024. These will be processed on 23 Jan 2025. Any fees related to this delay will be reversed. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. FNB a div of FRB Ltd." - Was not sure what this had to do with my investment but I responded that I would await his email. Which I'm still awaiting... however, I don't care about the email, I want to see the transaction log on my account transaction history showing that the money is back in! On 25/01/25, the funds were still not transferred back, this impacting on the interest that was supposed to be earned on 24/01/25 I contacted the bank again through the same channel and this is what Kamogelo had to say: "Noted and regarding that you should contact our Investment Desk on *** for assistance and advise. Operating hours08:00 - 17:00 (Mon - Fri)." ; "I cannot confirm where your Money is, as on your profile it states that feedback has been sent to via email." ; "Please note that the people who have your answers are the Investment Desk and currently they are not available." ; "You can contact us on *** and request to speak to manage for further assistance." Previously, the funds were reverse within a day when I cancelled the withdrawal, this time no one is competent enough to investigate and resolve the 'missing funds' I am told different stories, sent from pillar-to-post and promises not kept....
