Ive tried to close the account with FNB last year and waisted my airtime being put through from 1person to the next. Now this morning I noticed that they have been charging me for service fee while requested that they close this account... I spoke to n Agent His name is Nkululeko and they promised to close last year during COVID and I have the records where were chatting... But now they are charging me for this account
