FnB

I have spent the past 2 weeks going back and forth trying to retrieve funds that were sent to me on the 30 October by a client , I have been fighting with my bank for a while only to find out today that the funds were returned to the clients FNB account on the 6th November. My client says monies have been debited from her account and nothing has been returned , she sent me the POP to prove this .

Tis has been such a frustrating week and it seems FNB has taken the funds and failed to communicate with client .
