I have a payment arrangement with MBD to service my personal account overdraft, which I have been paying for over 3 years and have never missed a payment. I logged into my online banking today only to discover that my account is no longer on my profile but an account has been added in the name of CBS Legal DDA - what the hell is this? Why was I not notified? Absolutely disgusted in the way I have been treated as a client since 2009

15 Aug 2023, 07:50After receiving a call from customer care on 14/08 to inform me that my account has been moved to a DDA account in order to change my interest rate from the original contract to prime plus 2% (13,75%) and I should have received an sms to this effect (which I still have not received), I then get an sms on 14/08 (the same day) at 16:54 to inform me that that I must pay the full amount owing TODAY (14/08) or further action will be taken!!!!!! What is going on? Only then to receive a call from MBD this morning (15/08). Who is in control of my account? MBD, Revco or FNB?????? Disgusting business ethics and no trust worthiness!

15 Aug 2023, 09:05Today at 08:15 I received another sms informing me I have been handed over. ***! Who the hell is TCR ***? Can FNB please resolve this issue or at least have the common decency to communicate with me!!!!!!!
