FnB has the worst service during lockdown. I have been trying to reverse debt order that was not suppose to be taken off my account for a month now. Can't get thru, dont answer phones, phone calls dropped. Canceled debt order still go off regardless if you canceled them or not. Go to the bank get told one has to do the covid 19 app which still doesn't help.
