FNB

I have now tried for several days to contact my banker who is ignoring all my online attempts.The bank allows third parties to debit my account when I was under the impression that they are supposed to look after my money but they are not yet I have tgo pay bank charges.The Fnb Margate Branch informs me that if a company like Telkom debits my account with an unauthorised amount there is nothing they can do...unbelievable.They will not respond to a request now active for 2 years to change my e-mail address.This is so pathetic.Can someone from Fnb please contact me or should I change banks...***
