FNB

For the last 3 weeks I have tried, without success, to speak or make contact with FNB regarding the delivery of a Credit Card via CCD couriers who are also impossible to contact. As I am overseas I cannot take delivery. Why is it so difficult to get an answer or speak to an FNB employee??? I have wasted so much time and money hanging on and listening to music. When someone did eventually answer, she sounded as though she was still in bed!!! What is happening at FNB???
