The start of November I went to my nearest branch to report a ****** card and who ever stole it over drew it to -R520. So they said they will resolve it and give me feedback, never happened. Yesterday morning someone from FNB called and started interrogating me like a ******** and threatening me with legal action because that account is overdrawn and they never resolved it or gave me feedback So I tell them on my money app that it's not cool. Not long they send me an email that they are investigating, today they send another email, saying a representative will contact me shortly, the work day is almost over and still nothing
