Fnb
Fnb 'how can we not help you'. Yesterday i made a payment in error via cellphone banking. Strange thing is that i used my dstv account number as the recipient bank account number. The transaction went through without giving me an indication that it is an invalid account number SUCH AS STANDARD BANK DOES. I then went into the branch explained and was given a form to fillout in order for a reversal to be effected. Today i contacted fnb and was told to fill out a form and that i will be charged R295. My argument is that the transaction was never supposed to have gone through as the account number is invalid but that it is purposely done in order for customers to pay to have it reversed.
