FNB

I bought a Fitbit Charge 2 through FNB which is still under warranty. I recently noticed that the one strap does not clip in properly . I then contacted the FNB Device Department where i was informed that the device can go in for repairs as its still under warranty.

2 weeks later i got in contact with Core Services where the device was booked in for repairs, they advised me that they have informed fnb that the device is not repairable or replaceable due to the fact that the Charge 3 in currently on the market with the FNB Device Department and they no longer supply the Charge 2. I was told that FNB needs to get in contact with me to explain how the credit process work as i need to be credited for the device.

4 weeks later i have still not received any feedback, the FNB Smart Device Department are unable to assist as the need a credit note from the fnb accounts department.

Tomorrow is the 1st of March 2019 and the device installment will be deducted from my account again.
