I would FNB explian how they can pay n cancellation of bond at SA Homeloan for a paid up house bond and take the documents without the owners signatures.I am that person.I have a house with my passed wife.Have a will with lawer firm.but a new will popped up from FNB.False signatures on will.My children trying to claim 50persent of my house and now without my knowledge FNB is *****ing my property documents.Is this legal or what .Hope I can get anwsers urgently. Have tried to get this investigated by FNB ***** department but nothing happened.
