Hello Peter
I've been in FNB Frorida Road Morningside and the service I get was a **** and unprofessional. The agents which were are ladies make me spend a hour and the half for just a small query I want to be help with my business credit card the Indian lady first make the call for me in their call centre the lady answered my call take my ID no and make me hold for fourth five minutes until I've complained to their manager dialed the number again waited until I gave up. FNB how can we not ? you
