I have been having a dispute with Fnb for nearly a year now. I opened an Easy account, and after a couple of years decided the bank charge's would be cheaper with a cheque account. Now before I app**** for a cheque account I was what Fnb called a 0 credit risk. I had no debit. If I ever did it was prescribed. So I opened a gold cheque account but all of a sudden, my credit rating dropped to a number 3 for bad conduct on my account. I went to every avenue you can think of to find out why. So now apparently I have debit that was written off. Excuse me, I have no debit, they say from 2007 or something, my debt was prescribed. I have no debit. RMB got involved to clarify I was a credit risk. I was even emailed a letter saying that they will only correct my 3 rating to a 0 if I used the payment plan on the email to pay this debit off. Its ******* to try and claim prescribed debit. I have the proof. They proceeded to hack my emails, I have proof, RMB is affiliated with Woolworths, I was called and offered a increase on my loan ***, they then claim the call never happened once again all my emails from the day I was called up to two more week's, all emails deleted, I kid you not. They have ruined me I just thank God I have so much evidence to back up every thing I have said. Oh I now have a premier cheque account which I get charged for but I don't get anything the package offers, how do I qualify for a premier cheque account? RMB, Fnb , Woolworths. I will have my day in court. You are nothing if not ******* of the lowest order. Now I could put this on hellopeter, I apparently have a personal loan account and a credit card account both with 0 balance. I am confused. You have hacked my phone, tried to ********* me into paying prescribed debt, because when I opened my easy account I was not a credit risk, you have advertised falsely, tried to take money from my account to pay debt collector's without my consent, I could just go on, and I have proof of everything. Take a lot, I believe is affiliated with you, they owe me a refund for about 5 weeks now, I have proof, Woolworths debited the wrong account after going to head office and giving them what they needed to change the Bank to be debited, they also hacked my email's, quite funny actually, armature's, they denied a phone call offering me a R28000 increase on my loan account, stupid to deny a phone call, Rmb has essentially broken me, I have lost my business after a complete brake down, you have ruined my life, everything, how can you treat people with such stunted emotions.
