FNB

FNB is useless. They keep you on hold for over an hour or they refer you 3 times and no can help you.

My card was delivered to the wrong place. My credit card was closed without notifying me, but the fees were still deducted every month.

When you go to a branch they say you have to phone. When you phone them they say you have to go to a branch.

Absolutely disgusted by FNB's service. No one can help me or knows what's going on.
