FNB.

I am so disgusted at the way FNB Bank is treating he's customer's...f&$@#:-)# I opened a account with them on 05 /27 +-.and paid R5000 into my account.. This morning I received this sms. FNB :-) Your a/c ..****** has been in excess for 5 days. Deposit funds to cover the excess and avoid unnecessary fees. FNB a div of FRB Ltd ***xcc. 28Jun 07:00. First .They sms this **** to you and think it's ok. Secondly.Some one used my card yesterday at 00:33 purchasing something and card was declined. Now the card is with me,I did not try to buy anything,but i still got the sms. I went to the bank,there's two people working and it's the end of the month. F@&&@& :-) They print out a statement and told me I must speak to the ***** department.and cancel my card.They can't even tell me how or where this purchase took place.what fuc&$@&$ tipe of bank does this. I'm closing my account if fnb is like this . PS. The ***** department does not pick up and I phoned them from a FNB land line.
