FNB

I have been an FNB client since I opened my first bank account. I have a premier cheque and credit cards, a personal and revolving loan, smart devices and insurance policies with them. Two months ago I lost my ebucks rewards because my accounts were " not in good standing". The reason this happened was because someone was accessing my account and withdrawing money from it. The ***** department and premier bankers knew who it was but couldnt find the link, therefore the ***** department advised me to put a hold on my account and only take the hold off every time i needed to access my account. As you can imagine this was very frustrating because it took them 3 months to find the link/problem. In February, i asked them to remove the link on my pay date as my debit orders must come off the account . They did not do this and none of my debit orders came off. I received messages the whole day that the bank was unable to debit my account. I spent the whole day on the phone trying to sort this out. Then I didn't get any ebucks because of this. It was FNB's own mistake, but i got, and am still getting, penalized for it. I am at the point where I rather want to change to another bank.
