FNB ***********

FNB cannot assist me with an EFT reversal. They keep on transferring me from the one agent to the next. The email address to which you need to submit the reversal form to, is also not working. The E-mail keeps on bouncing back. No one can assist you. They keep on transferring you to the next agent. As a client that has been with FNB for 30 years I am very disappointed. I will be moving to Capitec after this incident.
