FNB 24/7 Business line is a hoax

I personally bank with standard bank, however I recently purchased a company and retained the FNB Business bank account as their advertising claims that they have a 24/7 business line. I urgently needed to make a payment however the transactions limits cannot be changed online. I tried calling the so called 24/7 business number however all you hear are two options on loop. None of which allows you to proceed once selected. My fellow business owners, please stay far away from FNB Business Bank if you want your business to succeed or if you want assistance regarding your business account.
