FNB 24-48hr contact never happened

STILL NO CONTACT MADE. i made multiple complaints, sent ,mulitple emails and im still receiving nothing but a generic computer generated response. im i have been waiting now for either the investigating officer or anyone that is capable of doing a job to get in contact with me. this is utterly ridiculous and extremely poor service, i am even more convinced now that FNB / the investigating officer has ****** my 2477 rand as im still waiting for the investigating office who said the case is concluded and will transfer the funds from their side to actually do the transfer. after that empty promise was made i have received no funds, no email responses and no phone call from the investigating officer or from FNB. my contact number ***, even though it is on all the emails and attached to this complaint.
