Could someone please tell me the reason why I am paying for private client fees if I will hav to wait for month to get a response? I app**** to increase my credit card limist towards the end of last year. I followed up many times - throughout thi process I was told a few times that my banker has changed. On my last follow up I am told that my request has expired and that I must apply again. What ther ****, I could have just went to the branch mos.

If someone could please tell me why am I paying the fees if no one is going to help me? With this **** service perhaps FNB should tell me why I must still keep bond for my two houses with them.
