Fnb *****!!!

FNB approved a debit order of R8420.83 from ABSA without asking me to accept the debit mandate. I've consulted fnb and I spoke with Leah who told me that it's not their problem that I gave other people my banking details and she refused to reverse the amount and the charges from fnb. These guys are cruel, they are making money out of us. She also refused to close my fnb accounts and she decided to close the chat. I believe they are doing this out of their benefit. I have to fight with fnb almost every month due to unknown charges.
