FNB 2020 to 2021 case postponed till January for investigation

Good Morning - Update After a lengthly battle with FNB card division, ***** division, regional management and national management. My debit order reversal cases have all been closed. No response and zero communication. They have launched an investigation to start on the 11th January 2021 as to why my cases have been closed,. So my debit orders reversal is now on hold till January And i must start to seek legal advice.
