FNB 2% charge

Hi, am I the only one surprised with FNB adding an additional 2% charge for all international-based services and companies, e.g. Bolt, Uber, Booking.com, Amazon, Paypal, AirBnb, Google, Netflix. This has increased my banking charges by more than a thousand rand monthly.
