If I could rate you zero I would. FNB is by far the worst bank ever, they have zero morals, no ethics. They don't give a damn about customers. I have been struggling for months to get them to pay from policies I have in place to protect me.... I had to take money from savings to pay everything. When enquiring about my debt protection, which by law is attached to any credit agreement, FNB shrugged that off and made like it doesn't exist.

After writing many complaints, to FNB and the ombudsman, they paid exactly once, today I got a sms, stating my claim has ended, only because I borrowed money and sold things to make some money for food they now refuse to honour my policy. A policy I pay for ever month!

FNB has shown their true colours, they don't care. Absa bank who finances my vehicle helped me, and I don't do t even bank with them.

FNB are ********, we are in a pandemic and all they want is to suck the blood our of us.

Not even giving us a chance to get back on our feet. FNB is the worst bank . I will be moving to another bank, one that actually cares about their customers.

You slogan should be FNB how can we Rob you. Simpler, better and faster. Worst bank ever, hope you crash and burn.

FNB will realise they need us more than we need them when it's too late
