FNB

After 2 years off struggling to pay my overdraft account with FNB and payments was made directly to FNB my account was handed over to Hammond and Pole and a judgement was filed. FNB received all the payments. Hammond and Pole directs me back to FNB. Since October 2020 not Hammond and Pole or FNB can give me a paid up letter. Numerous phone calls and mails was made. Hammond and Pole says FNB should give me a letter and FNB give me just an email address to request a letter. No one ever gets back to me. I sit with a judgement although payments was made and no settlement letter to clear my name.
